Employment
The organisation employs 20 personnel, a mixture of multi-disciplinary researchers, editors, communication & design experts and administrators. The Co-ordinator and Deputy Co-ordinator also act as senior support staff for the intervention programmes/ projects conducted by the organisation. IRESCO personnel use the most up to date research, management and education techniques to evaluate and change negative behaviour that is in line with IRESCO’s policy.
